At 50% deposit of your session is due at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due at delivery of photos.

Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to the day of the shoot. Once the shoot has taken place or if you cancel 7 days of the shoot, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you will be able to reschedule for a later time.

You will be provided a link for payment along with any unsigned disclosures to complete.

Absolutely! I will typically rough edit the photo’s I consider your best shoots for your initial review, however you can pick any photos you like! Once you have made your selections, I will complete full edits including:

• Retouching

• Color Grading

• General clean-up

• Any special requested editing by the client

All other photos from the session will receive:

• General Clean-up

You are free to edit these as you please or pay a per shot editing fee for me to edit.

Raw photos will be provided as well

Edits are by the hour. So if your package is $75 per hour with 5 edits and you shoot for 2 hours, you would get 10 total fully edited photos of your choosing. You will also receive all unedited photos from the session as well.

Any removal or addition of any single body garment is considered an outfit change (pants, shirt, dress, etc.) Accessories are not applicable. Posing nude is not considered an outfit change. Changes are not taken from your time for up to 20 mins per change.

No, we have you covered! However, If you have specific location needs feel free to let us know!

We will work with you to select the best imagery tailored specifically to you. You don’t have to already have a collection of poses and no experience is needed. However, your ideas are welcomed and encouraged. The more you bring to it, the more unique your images will be.

This is not a requirement. Consider your reasons for coming to shoot with me… is it about growth? concurring fears? stepping out of your box? or getting glammed up? Whatever it is, just make sure you are comfortable and prepared when you come. Ill hope to see YOU there :)

Feel free to bring any garments, items you may want in your photos. We have basics covered such as lotions/oils, towels, etc however if you have specific needs of such items, please bring them. and above all, bring a great attitude and a smile!

No! Your journey is yours to take in whatever way is comfortable for you. Expression is unique to everyone and there are no expectations or requirements of it for your session.

3rd parties are welcome HOWEVER they cannot be present once the shoot begins. Only parties involved with the shoot may be present during this time. This will be a time for you to be completely free of distractions, judgement, or influence. A time that is completely about you! They are welcome to remain close to the area and can return soon as the shoot is over and you're welcome to check in as needed.

Being nervousness or anxious is a perfectly normal. Given someone the permission and trust to share these moments with you can be daunting. We help you in this transition with steady and open communication before and during a session. You’ll see that as time passes, you will warm up and allow more and more freedom for you to shine!

Yes! Couples/groups are more than welcome!

All image rights are reserved by Tobias Gordon Photography. However, NO images will be posted/transmitted to any outlets without your written consent to do so. We take your privacy very seriously. As such, all drives containing images are encrypted and photos will be deleted 90 days after delivery from delivery link.

We discourage substance consumption prior to photo sessions. It's important to have a clear head and allow yourself to naturally experience this moment. We also want to provide a safe space for both you and I to work. Not to mention… being high means looking high! We are all grown, so please just know your limits.. If you show up hammered and being such interferes with the session, it will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.

Travel within a 20 mile radius of Charlotte is free of charge!

Any travel required outside a 20 mile radius of Charlotte, NC must be compensated for under the following standard:

• $0.75/per mile (based on google quote from center city Charlotte to your location minus 20 miles)

  Or

• Total cost of cheapest round trip flight to your location. (no layovers greater than 2 hours) + $100 (lodging, etc)

If you wish to compensate the travel yourself, please do so under the following standards:

• Flight must be round trip. I will not travel until both tickets are confirmed.

• No hidden city flights to or from your location

• No layovers greater than 2 hours

• Reasonable lodgings for every night up to the night of your shoot if the return flight is not occurring on the same day.

• Paid Sessions - Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks


• Free Sessions - Delivery from free sessions is subject to availability to work on them.

While I am a professional photographer, my goal is always to provide the best quality experience and product. The majority of my work revolves around portraiture. You're always welcome to inquire, but in the event that I feel I cannot provide you the best experience for your needs, I may decline the project or refer you to a party that is better suited for your needs.

There are a few settings/situations that I will not shoot under any circumstances:

• Events (weddings, receptions, parties, etc)

• Previous no call/no shows

• Any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a verifiable relative.

• If you cannot respect my space/time before or during a shoot.
